II. Product Features: ?The design of double lens makes the 3D image process possible under high magnification
?The up-down lens can inspect the object by processing 2D image while the side-view lens can inspect the object by processing 3D image. ?Design of double optic path and parfocalization of double lens enable the side-view lens needn’t to adjust once the up-down lens arrive the focal point and it’s viewing position is accordant with the facing lens. ?Side-view lens can inspect the object in the angle from 0 to 90 degree, and it can cooperate with the rotation manual stage to get the best inspection of the object.
